Dr. E.J. Nichols Foundation for Cultural Competence in Leadership Grant Early Career Psychologists
Overview
Dr. Nichols’ distinguished career has focused on enhancing our understanding of diverse worldviews through his hallmark paradigm: The Philosophical Aspects of Cultural Difference. This framework examines the essence of ethnic distinction through the classical disciplines of axiology, epistemology, and logic. His work emphasizes recognizing and valuing ethnic diversity in America, a multiethnic, pluralistic, and linguistically diverse society. The Dr. Nichols Grant seeks to honor his legacy by supporting early career psychologists who commit to promoting cultural difference and generational healing in their professional practice and research.

The Ethnic Psychological Associations provide cultural competence in leadership and mental wellness.
